Space Details

  • No electricity available
  • Tent must not exceed 10' x 10'
  • Provide own table & chairs
  • 2 lunches will be provided per vendor free of charge

Space Guidelines

  • Booth setup begins 90 minutes prior to the opening of the event, at 9:30am. Setup must be completed 15 minutes before the start of the event.
  • Booth tear-down and clean-up must be completed within one hour of the close of the event.
  • The sale of human food is prohibited.
  • If you would like an announcement made by our DJ, please email it to Virginia Gilhooly ( before November 6, 2012. Please also state how often you would like the announcement made. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
  • All animals on display must be restrained or contained at all times. You are responsible for removing any waste your animals deposit.
