- No electricity available
- Tent must not exceed 10' x 10'
- Provide own table & chairs
- 2 lunches will be provided per vendor free of charge
- Booth setup begins 90 minutes prior to the opening of the event, at 9:30am. Setup must be completed 15 minutes before the start of the event.
- Booth tear-down and clean-up must be completed within one hour of the close of the event.
- The sale of human food is prohibited.
- If you would like an announcement made by our DJ, please email it to Virginia Gilhooly (email@example.com) before November 6, 2012. Please also state how often you would like the announcement made. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
- All animals on display must be restrained or contained at all times. You are responsible for removing any waste your animals deposit.
